Focus & Target Groups

IPCIH focus is on the socio-economically deprived communities e.g. women, youth and children. Keeping in view the overall socio-cultural fabric of the society and the overall power imbalance system and discriminations that exists at all levels; the focus, amongst these groups, is again on most vulnerable and the marginalized people. IPCIH main focused on the inclusion of minorities and special peoples such as widows and physically disables or impaired persons and elderly people.

Geographical Focus

IPCIH geographical focus Overall in Pakistan is at four provinces and AJK, FANA and FATA etc.

Governance

IPCIH is governed by its Board of Director (BOD). The Board of Director is consisting of diverse community and nationality’s persons; who are very competent and experts in their relevant fields. (BOD) is the key policy making and governance body of the Organization and works independently. It formulates and approves policies and organizational systems and evaluates the overall performance of IPCIH time to time. Board of Directors consists of eleventh members and is headed by its Chairman. IPCIH Board of Directors comprises of development professionals, intellectuals, academicians, activists and media persons. Chairman IPCIH serves the board as the secretary and ex-officio member. The Board of Directors works in the guidelines of the Board Policies Manuals.

Management

IPCIH is lead by its Chairman who is the Formal head of the Organization and is responsible for the overall management of the organization. Chairman is supervising overall existing team such as Program Manager and Coordinators of different sections / projects.
