International Peace Committee for interfaith harmony has a core team with various professional backgrounds such as higher management, financial experts, Monitoring and evaluation experts, Coordinators and HR professionals. Furthermore, IPCIH hires the project staff as and when required. IPCIH also engages volunteers and interns on need basis.

Behavioral Change Activities (BCC)

IPCIH overall conducted various BCC related programs, media campaigns and FM Talk shows for bring the positive change in society.

Accounts and Audits

IPCIH maintains its all accounts on double entry systems. IPCIH has developed various financial policies, systems and formats etc, which help it in effective management of all its funds and financial grants. IPCIH believe and assure transparency in receipts and payments at all levels. IPCIH gets its accounts (receipts and payments) audited by the recognized chartered accountant’s firms on the completion of the project or by the end of each financial year.

Review & Monitoring

Monitoring of Projects is always the important and priority matter. IPCIH is always a built in mechanism of review and monitoring for all the projects. The process of review and monitoring help IPCIH in achieving the project objectives smoothly and timely. As the key mechanism of monitoring; the projects are monitored by the implementation teams; M& E Officers, Coordinators / managers of existing programs and the higher management of IPCIH.
